COVID-19 Protocols

We are grateful for your ongoing support and cooperation during this time of change and challenges. We always prioritize the health and safety of our students, their families, and our employees, and we will continue to make decisions with this priority at the forefront. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 numbers in our local area and make necessary modifications to our policies as needed. We follow CDC and local state guidelines at our centers.

Cancellation due to COVID-19

We offer a credit for the full paid amount if a participant or family member cancels on the day of the event due to COVID-19.​

Photo Release

The registrant grants Lune Spark permission to record the participation of the student on video or by photograph and to use it for promotion and public relations on the web, in print, and at other Lune Spark functions for promotional purposes only. Such recordings are the sole property of Lune Spark.

Can I get a copy of photo's from the Activity?

Lune Spark shares the photographs of registered children with their parents. Please ask your staff member for more information on how this is accomplished.

Drop-off & Pick-up

It is not permitted to drop off students more than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class, camp, or workshop. You will be provided with the option to purchase early drop-off during registration if the activity supports this feature. It is expected that students will be picked up promptly at the end of activity time. You will be provided with the option to purchase Late Pickup during registration if the activity supports this feature. Please communicate ahead of time if your student will be arriving late or picked up early from any camp, class or workshop.

Can Parents wait in Lune Spark Facility during the activity?​

Lune Spark Lobby has limited seating available for parents to wait. Parents should plan accordingly.

Refund & Cancellations

Full refunds are only issued if a cancellation is received 10 or more days before the scheduled event. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason less than 48 hours before the event start time, you will receive the full amount paid as a credit to your account. In the event that the studio does not receive notification of cancellation via email, phone call, or the Partner Marketplace app prior to the event start time, the event is considered a no-show. There is no refund or credit for no-shows. Any customer who fails to comply with studio policies will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
